The 2023 Volunteer Manager of the Year Awards will be held on Thursday 2 November 2023 during the Volunteer Leaders Seminar. All nominees are emailed an invitation to attend the Awards ceremony in-person or virtually, as well as a free ticket to participate in the Volunteer Leaders Seminar. Nominators are emailed an invitation to attend the Awards ceremony.
We know volunteer managers and coordinators across the region are often not called a ‘volunteer manager’ or ‘volunteer coordinator’ and they often have another role title. As long as part of their role is to support and lead volunteers, they are eligible.
Nominee Information

Please double check the spelling of names, as this is exactly how it will appear in all marketing material and publications, as well as on certificates or trophies. Please double check the email address as all invitations to the Awards are sent by email only.
Describe how the nominee’s work has a significant positive impact. For example, whether it fulfills an unmet need or how it benefits volunteers, the community, or the organisation (250 words max).
Describe the work the nominee does and how they show leadership and/or implement inclusion principles in their work (250 words max).
