2020 forced us to rethink how we involve volunteers. Many organisations were able to adapt their practices to support continued volunteer involvement, whilst others had to stand down their volunteers.

This masterclass will identify how we react to and manage change in our organisations, including tips for evolving your volunteering programs to continue to deliver value.

This training is delivered in a hybrid format. Attendance is available both in person and online via Zoom video.
